5. Bookings and Cancellations

1:1 Mentoring Sessions

  • Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance.

  • You may reschedule up to 12 hours before your session at no cost.

  • A $50 fee applies for no-shows or missed appointments without prior notice.

  • No refunds are offered once a booking is made.

Courses, Templates, and Digital Downloads

  • Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds or exchanges are available once access is granted or materials are downloaded.

  • Please ensure you review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided through The Cleaning Guru — including templates, training materials, videos, and written guides — remain the intellectual property of Marama Wha Limited unless otherwise stated.
